Crossett, ARAshley County

This is a small bottomland hardwood tract with frontage on the Saline River, near Lake Georgia Pacific in Ashley County. The tract has a nice stand of hardwood timber and a great view of the river. In recent years, many nearby and adjoinging property owners have been developing hunting and fishing camps on similar tracts. Utilities are not available but the access to the river and abundant wildlife in the area make this a nice tract.
