Description: This property consists of a combination of dry land and irrigated farmland. There are 25 acres in drip irrigation. The drip system is 4-5 years old, contains 10 stations, and is on 80 spacing. The system appears to be in good condition. One well provides approximately 50 gallons of water per minute.
