Wildlife: The abundance of oak with the accompanying large supply of acorns make this ranch a healthy environment for Whitetail. Dove hunting should be good around the largest of stock tanks.

Improvements: Five pastures; excellent fences, some high; two 30x40 metal barns, two sets of working pens; a 2580 sq.ft. 4 bedroom, 3 bath lodge with a huge porch, fireplace; deer processing shed, other amenities. Also an older home with remodeling possibilities.

Comments: Probably one of the all around, best natural whitetail habitats to be found in this area.
