Terms & Conditions:

All properties are being sold "as is, with all faults". Buyer is guaranteed good insurable title.

Absentee Bidding By Telephone:

Arrangements by signed contract for sale and guaranteed deposit must be made with the Warner Real Estate & Auction Company, Inc. office no later than one week prior to the auction.

Buyer's Premium:

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract price.

Deposit Amount:

A ten percent (10%) deposit, ($10,000 in the form of cashier's or certified check payable to yourself), remainder of the 10% deposit in cash or personal/business check due immediately upon conclusion of the auction.

Closing:

Closing will take place within 30 days of the auction event.
