Want to own your own business ON Lake Fork. Well here it is. MacLeods RV Park located north of the dam on Lake Fork. This RV park is small and very manageable but has lots of room for expansion. It currently has 15 RV sites with 14 of them being occupied. The 15th pad site belongs to the owner and he currently has a relatively new Park Model RV on it that he has used for himself. You could either rent the Park Model out by the month or rent it daily for fisherman. SRA said they will consider allowing additional RV sites on area that has been cleared. It has access to a boat ramp directly across from it and it has a small building with coin operated washer and dryer available to the renters at this site. There is shed with yard tools and a mower and an aluminum RV port that covers one pad site that will convey at closing.
