Today Hwy 34 remains one of the most scenic routes to Estes Park and the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Thousands of people visit this area every year along with the many local residents that rely on Riverbend as their anchor point. Riverbend sits half way between Loveland and Estes Park and continues to be the only grocery store in the canyon.

Main Residence and Grocery store – Built in 1905, 2252 sq ft, 1 ½ story home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with the front portion presently used as a grocery store. Water :

Big Thompson River crosses through the property running from the west edge to the east. There is 800’ of river frontage on the north and south sides. There are two shares of Water Association of the Rockies, Inc. shareholder stock. 1 share = 73,000 gl. / yr. Shares shall be transferred with the sale of the property. Residence and cabins are served by a well – permit number 88605-A drilled in 1977.
