This land is accessible via dirt roads out north of the small town of Acala, TX. Take the dirt roads about 10 miles north. The 20 acres is about 700 feet from the nearest dirt road. It is part of a platted subdivision that has platted road access. That road has not yet been created. To physically get to this land would require off roading the desert or creating a path/road along that allowed platted road.

You will not find anyone for miles out here! There are a few cattle you will find from time to time, open grazing. There are ZERO RESTRICTIONS out here.
