LOCATION: Located in McCurtain County, Southeast Oklahoma. Less than 3 hours from DFW, just over 15 miles east of Broken Bow, 20 miles SE of Hochatown. The Little River Wildlife Refuge is just over 3 miles to the west, as is Little River and the Mountain Fork. Beaver Bend Lake is 20 miles NW and the Red River is south 20+ miles at the Texas line. Arkansas is less than a half mile east. The Ouachita National Forest is less than 8 miles south of the property.

SITE: 20 acres m/l. of mainly wooded property consisting of a mixture of basically hardwood and pine. The topography is nearly level with a slight rise to the east.

ACCESS: Legal access via private road. Just over 4 miles south of USH70.

UTILITIES: none, off grid.

USAGE: Recreation, hunting, fishing, atv.

WILDLIFE: Excellent area for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, black bear, wild hog and various small game. Very god evidence of wildlife on the property. Good fishing within easy driving distance in addition to the 2 ponds on the property.

WATER: Buck Creek cuts the sw corner. 2 ponds.
