You need to take off roads to the listing but they are for most of the drive in good shape. There is a narrow area on the road that was washed out when we went there, but it was wide enough to pass with a pick up truck. You have the mines, the old stone wall, the old structures.....it is a step back in time. The views are beautiful there. Bring your metal detectors, rock crushers and enjoy. There is a lot of quartz presents along with some free running gold. There are two mines that are hard cut, so they appear safe but you need to always adhere to industry standard regulations when entering tunnels. There is a nice wash area with an old stone wall built. This is very hard to come by in this area as a lot of the area is Indian Reservation land. When not at the listing, enjoy Lake Walker. It does not get much better than this.
