The NE ¼ and the E ½ E ½ NW ¼ 10-5-1, Clifton Township, Washington County, Kansas, 200 acres, more or less.

This farm is well located five miles north of Vining (west Clifton) or four miles east and five miles south of the Republic/Washington County line on Highway K-148. This is the northeast corner of the farm, at the intersection of 5th Road and Deer Road.

This farm, 200 acres more or less, consists of approximately 179 acres gently sloping cropland, with the rest being waterways and a small pasture.

All the cropland was in wheat in 2008. The wheat stubble has been sprayed with Roundup and Atrazine. The farm is open for spring crops.

The FSA bases and yields are 110.5 acres wheat, 36 bushels; 65.6 acres milo, 64 bushels; and 1.0 acre soybeans, 28 bushels. The 2008 taxes are $1,392.04.
