La Veta, COHuerfano County

The 200-acre Abeyta Creek Ranch is located along Hwy 450 just about one mile west of the charming mountain town of La Veta in southern Colorado. The ranch is equipped with an updated 4-bedroom home, a historic wooden barn, a large metal shop building and several other outbuildings for hay and equipment storage. Abeyta Creek meanders down the western property line and there is a large irrigated meadow just below the home and other ranch buildings. The ranch formerly served as the headquarters for Rockn Double F Land and Cattle who managed the property as part of their cattle operation.
