The Cash Cow Tract (listing 4736) is located four (4) miles east of Rosston and described as SW of SW, Section 17; SE of SE, Section 18; E of NE, Section 19; NW of NW, Section 20; all located in Township 13 South, Range 20 West, containing a total of 200 deeded / parcel card acres (GIS measurements indicate 187 acres), more or less, Nevada County, Arkansas. Access is frontage on County Road 10 with many internal woods roads. Electricity available at road.

Timber consists of 2006 pine plantation ready for 1st thinning (62 acres), and 2008 pine plantation (123 acres). Copy of 2009 survey is available upon request for acreage located in Section 17. Based on Kingwoods February, 2020 inventory of 62 merchantable acres, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 113 Tons

Pine Chip n Saw: 965 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 5,500 Tons

Pine Topwood: 569 Tons
