Brantley, AL 36009 - Crenshaw County

This +/-2,007 acre tract is located northeast of Brantley and southeast of Luverne as noted on the attached location map. There is a county road that runs throught the center of the property and Sandy Creek flows through the east side as noted on the topographic map. This tract features excellent stands of loblolly pine plantations ranging in age from 5 to 10 years with older merchantable plantations ranging in age up to 30 years. There are significant stands of hardwood timber along the creek and the drains. The attached stand map lists the stand components by acreage and age.

Current estimated timber volumes are as follows: Pine Grade Sawtimber - 22,395 tons; Pine Chip-N-Saw - 3,376 tons; Pine Pulpwood - 3,360 tons; Hardwood Sawtimber - 4,636 tons; Hardwood Pulpwood - 7,251 tons. Timber volumes are not guaranteed by Seller or Broker.
