Wisner, LACatahoula Parish

This property could be a very good duck and deer hunting tract. It is surrounded by a levee from being in catfish ponds. The levees are in very good shape for fish or possibly growing crawfish. There are three wells on the tract (2 submergible and 1 turbine) and has two 20 ton feed tanks. Most of the soil is Sharkey Clay. Tract has a graded fall from the center levee to the east and west side for excellent drainage. Property may qualify for the WRP program.
