The property is relatively flat, sloping from ~740ft on the western boundary, down to ~720ft on the

eastern. The lithology consists mostly of Slidell-San Saba complex soils (1 to 3 percent slopes), with

bands of Wilson clay loam (1 to 5 percent slopes), and Normangee clay loam (1 to 3 percent slopes.)

Current Use

The ranch is currently used for farming corn/hay and for cattle grazing.

Utilities

Water is delivered to the ranch from Bolivar Water Supply Corporation via a 2-inch waterline located on

the East side of CR 248, and power is provided by Conserve Electric Company.

Wildlife

Whitetail Deer, Dove, and Waterfowl are also seen on the ranch.
