The Open Banks Road Tracts (West - #4227 and East - #4228) will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, January 28, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. Both tracts are located three miles south of Arkadelphia, Arkansas in Section 10, Township 8 South, Range 19 West, containing a total 40 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). West Tract (#4227): Described as that part of N ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 10, Township 8 South, Range 19 West, lying west of Open Banks Road, containing 21 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. East Tract (#4228): Described as that part of N ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 10, Township 8 South, Range 19 West, lying east of Open Banks Road, containing 19 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. These two tracts of open land (currently used for hay production) provide a blank slate for the new owner(s). Keep them open for hay or pasture or plant part or all in oaks or pine plantation.
