Okolona, ARClark County

The Little Missouri tract (Listing #4044) is located approximately seven miles southeast of Okolona at exit 54 of Interstate 30. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Subject is on the west side of Highway 51, with one-quarter mile of frontage. A system of wood roads provides additional access throughout the tract. A pipeline right-of-way crosses the subject. The Little Missouri River provides almost one-half mile frontage. Most of the merchantable timber was harvested in 2003. A majority of the timber consists of pine and hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood. The understory consists of pine regeneration and hardwood saplings. Soils consist of fine sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 80 feet on fifty year base. The tract offers excellent hunting/wildlife viewing opportunities.
