LOCATION & AREA

Located ten miles west of Morton, Texas in the heart of the dairy industry. Morton is located in the county seat of Cochran County and has a mild, semi-arid climate. On average, Morton receives 18 inches of precipitation per year. Summers in Morton are hot, with high temperatures in the 90s F at night. Winter days in Morton are typically sunny and relatively mild in the mid 50s F, but nights are cold with temperatures dipping to the mid 20s F. The improvements include a three-bedroom, two-bathroom manufactured home metal barn built in 2008 and insulated with overhangs for storage. There are 36 electric submersible wells along with 12 Zimmatic sprinklers with pipeline tied to each well.
