The Missouri Flat Meadow Ranch is located only 6 miles from Baker City. It is tucked away in a secluded area of the valley at the end of the road. The ranch is buildable and consists of two parcels, for a total of 218 acres. 118 acres of the total are irrigated pasture and the remaining acres are rangeland. Water rights are a combination of free flow and storage rights from Phillips Reservoir. The irrigated meadows can be used for hay production, grazing or a combination of both. Delivery of the water is through an irrigation lateral that is diverted from the Powder River. This lateral supplies a series of gated pipe and canvas dams. Newly installed cross fence has divided the grazing system up into a four pasture rotation.
