Calamity Canyon Ranch

Location: Pilot Rock, Oregon

Description: This ranch consist of 2200 acres of pasture, meadow and

timbered ground. There is 2.7 mbf of marketable timber with

an approximate growth rate of 5% a year. The timber is thinned

and spaced for maximum growth. Most of the ranch roads are
