Spring Valley East is located in the Nebraska Sandhills between Bassett and Burwell, Nebraska. The area is arguably some of the best ranch land in the Sandhills with excellent and consistent moisture conditions. Consisting of 2,295 deeded acres with 201 acres of pivot irrigated and additional irrigation rights to develop. The land can be purchased separately or in combination with the Spring Valley West Ranch.

LOCATION

Near Rose, Nebraska and between Burwell and Bassett, the ranch is located 28 miles south of Bassett, along paved Highway 183 together with a gravel County 854th Road. The ranch has excellent location in the most productive region of the Sandhills.

This area is known as some of the best cow-country in the US due to grassland quality and consistent moisture conditions, evidenced by the numerous market setting sale barns in the area. Marketing options are plentiful with satellite video options, sale barns and direct feedlot trade providing the revenue maximizing options for the areas livestock producers.

SUMMARY

Spring Valley East Ranch has excellent access off of paved Highway 183. The Ranch has extraordinary production with quality grassland and irrigated pivot lands.
