The tract is fronted by State hwy 499 from the corner of the cutover to the creek. There is electricity and water nearby. Approx. 72 acres of high ground on the north side of tract offers a place for a camp, building a small lake and replanting pines. (Aerial shows standing pine but it was cut last year). A 6-8 acre area remains in young pine.
