pasture. Farm Service Agency reports 31.97 acres pivot irrigated (pivot owned by Dean Wilkinson) crop

land and 13.89 acres of dry land accessed through the pasture. The land is irrigated from a shared well

ownership agreement with Dean Wilkinson, the owner of the north part of the pivot land. The pasture has

Cedar Creek running through it and is perimeter fenced except the west side. Cedar creek is deep and is

the fence on the west side.

DEER HUNTING: With Cedar Creek and plentiful food supplies, deer and turkey hunting is exceptional. Good

access, yet remote. No hunting has been allowed for several years.
