This 237 +/- acres of hunting, recreational and ranch land is ideally located along the west side of the Cimarron River at the west end of the river bridge on both sides of SH 51, 15 miles west of Hennessey or 8 miles east of Okeene. The tall native grass with some timber provides excellent habitat for deer, turkey, and quail as well as good grazing for livestock, and the Cimarron River access provides outstanding opportunities for water related and off-road vehicle recreation. Nearby wheat and rye fields provide food plots. There are several great spots for a hunting cabin for a week-end retreat with plenty of privacy, all within 25 minutes of Enid and about an hour from the greater Oklahoma City area. Tract #2: 95 +/- acres (approx. 77 deeded acres, approx. 18 acres accretions) lying S. of Hwy 51 as it now exists comprised of grass land, a few scattered trees, sm. stock pond and water well with solar pump. Legal Description: Lots 5 & 7 of Section 16 lying S. of Hwy 51 (pre 2004) & Lots 8 through 12, both inclusive, in Section 21, all in Twp. 19 N., R9 W.I.M., Kingfisher Co., OK, together with all riparian & accretions thereto, & less & except that portion conveyed for use as a hwy. Minerals: Do not sell. 11 Taxes: was approx. $128.42. The 2012 taxes will be prorated to closing.
