This farm will be offered in 2 tracts of 80 and 158.13 acres+/- auctioned individually, not combined. The farms are 5 miles southeast of Heyworth, Illinois or 7 miles south of Downs, Illinois. Primarily Class A soils primarily include Ipave, Sable, and Osco silt loams. Average Soil Productivity Indexes are 139.2 and 139.6 on Tracts 1 and 2. Similar to most of our auctions in the past, we are asking bidders to complete a sealed bid form before the auction to register to bid. In the current environment we must limit the number of attendees. As a result, the top twelve sealed bids will be invited to a private auction on January 14, 2020 where they will be afforded the opportunity to raise bids to determine a final high bidder on each tract.
