The Lazy R4 Irrigated Farm consists of 239 contiguous acres with 160 irrigated acres. Located approximately 4.5 miles northwest of Morrill, Nebraska, the Lazy R4 Irrigated Farm has many access points including two county roads and canal roads. The farm features two pivots: a 2003 Zimmatic six-tower pivot which irrigates 105 acres and a 2012 Zimmatic seven-tower wiper pivot that irrigates 55 acres. The remaining acres include 10 acres on the west side of the irrigation ditch, 41.5 acres of pivot corners and 3 acres of trees. The Lazy R4 Farm has 149 acres of water rights from the Pathfinder Irrigation District and is permitted 97.6 acres of water from the irrigation well. This farm is dual-apportioned for water.
