One of the best small acreage wildlife tracts I have seen in over 20 years...(that makes me feel old!) Great documentation on the wildlife! Lots of Photos! Good Rolling ground. Good soil for home sites. Small Cypress head in NW corner. Jumped a covey of quail on my first trip out there in the middle of the 18 acres of planted loblolly *2015/2016. Fast growing trees see the photos! Property in AG Covenant since 2016 to lower taxes. (You can still build a home on it). Feed plot areas! Next to Langdale Property. Mixed hardwood in the edges.
