TRACT # 1

Directions: From Post Office in Ringwood, OK. go 4 miles south on Ames Blacktop, then 1 mile west.

This tract consists of approximately 90 acres more or less and is comprised of mostly grassland and Blackjack timber. According to the Major County the property is enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) starting 10-1-10 through 9-30-2020. The rate is $35.27 per acre with 76.84 acres of CRP in this tract.
