The Davies Farm will offer 240 +/- acres of Prime Class A farmland as two tracts, located two miles north of Bement, Illinois. There are no improvements and open tenancy for the 2025 crop year.
Tract 1: 160 +/- acres | 142.8 soil PI
Tract 2: 80 +/- acres | 143.4 soil PI
The farm will be offered in a Virtual Online-Only Auction by the "Choice & Privilege" auction method on November 22nd, 10:00 AM. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Services mobile app or our website. Prebidding will be available between November 8th and November 22nd with the Live Call beginning at 10 AM, November 22nd.
