240 acres of land, more or less, approximately 180 acres of Farm land and approximately 60 acres of brush, trees and good grasses. The 180 acres is now under lease until this years crop is cut and plowed under. The 60 acres has an old house on it with one of the Uncles living there. This one acre can will house the Uncle until he passes and then will revert to the person/persons who purchase the property. On the 60 acres are some old barns and/or buildings that are quite old and run down. The property owners asks that no one go inside the barns or the buildings, please. The house has a water well, electricity and I hope a county certified septic tank. There is supposed to be another water well on this 60 acres but no one knows where it is. It was left by an oil company years ago. There is no fence around the 60 acres and there are no minerals.
