Vienna, GA 31092 - Dooly County

This Dooly County property sits in the heart of what gave Dooly County the reputation its held for many years of producing the biggest bucks in the state. Surrounded by agricultural row crop fields and large land owners on all sides only gives benefits to the wildlife on this sanctuary property. It should be noted that 2 Boone and Crockett bucks have been harvested on this property and another one on the landowners nearby farm just a couple miles away. Turkeys are seen on a regular basis. While a majority of the property is planted in multiple age classes of per merchantable and merchantable timber, there are pockets of mast producing hardwoods along the creek. Some of the pine timber is ready to be thinned for income. There is a possible plant and flood duck pond and while previewing the property we saw redheads, mallards, and wood ducks on the pond. Some of the planted Longleaf pine timber is currently in CRP and returns some income. The metal pole barn is included in the sale, however no equipment is included.
