Farm #1 – 47.36 ACRES: Location: From US HWY 41, take KY 416 west 5.5 miles to the farm entrance. Access to this farm is via an easement deed (DB 564, pg. 677). The lay of the land is from flat to slightly rolling. There is 31.76 acres of cropland, which is planted in corn, with the balance being in woods.

Farm #2 – 87.88 ACRES: Location: From US HWY 41, take KY 416 west 5.7 miles to Robards-Poole Road; turn south and go .3 mile to the farm. The lay of the land is from flat to rolling. There is 46.56 acres of cropland, which is planted in corn, with the balance being in woods. It has about 3187 ft. of frontage on Robards-Poole Road.

Farm #3 – 39.09 ACRES: Location: From US HWY 41, take KY 416 west 6 miles to the farm. The lay of the land is flat. There is 26.54 acres of cropland, which is planted in corn, with the balance being in good timber. The cropland is tiled and the farm has 861 ft. of frontage on KY 416.

Farm #4 – 68.082 ACRES: Location: From US HWY 41, take KY 416 west 6.2 miles to the farm. The lay of the land is from flat to slightly rolling. There is 52.37 acres of cropland, which is planted in corn, with the balance being in woods. The farm has 2364 ft. of frontage on KY 416 and about 1225 ft of frontage on Pruitt-Agnew Road (SR 1217N.).
