The Mineral Springs tract (Listing #4339) is located approximately five miles southwest of Nashville and two miles east of Mineral Springs, Arkansas. Mine Creek passes through tract. A powerline crosses the southern half of the tract and access is from county gravel road (Barton Bethel Road).
