I love this place. It has a great combination of hunting, fishing, and riding trails through the woods, but also has a very nice 2 story log home to live in! The home was built in 2004 with 1976 sq ft according to the house plans and is a log home kit from Tennessee. This could definitely be a permanent residence. It has a pond with bass and bream and there is a dense population of deer on and around the property. Greenfields have been planted and there is a mix of pines and hardwoods. Pine Level Water provides water. Dixie Electric provides power. Amwaste provides trash pick up. The current owner has satellite television.
