This property will be sold to the highest bidder at a court-ordered live (on-site) auction. This property was formerly utilized as a vegetable produce operation, nursery, and row crop farm. The property has a very nice stocked lake developed with a silt pond and concrete overflow. There are gravel trails around the lake. The property also has a commercial produce warehouse with a store front, machine sheds, 6 hoophouse style greenhouses with heat and electricity, and 2 mobile homes.
