Location:

Located about 18 miles northeast of Uvalde and about 14 miles northwest of Sabinal.

Wildlife:

There is abundant wildlife on the ranch and several nice bucks have been viewed. Other free roaming exotics have been seen on our visits to the ranch. On the ranch are several nice areas to plant food plots and enjoy some nice dove hunts.

Water:

The ranch has Blanco Creek running through it and making some nice pools for swimming or fishing along the banks. Throughout the ranch are four water wells that provide water to wildlife and livestock.

Improvements:

Improvements include a nice house that is centrally located on the property. Several other barns and houses are located on the ranch.
