The I-530 Tract is located ~2 miles northwest of White Hall, AR and lies just outside of city limits. This tract boasts ~1,672 feet of frontage on the southbound side of I-530. The timber consists of +/-27.44 acres of ~25 year-old thinned pine plantation which is ready for final harvest. The tract is accessed from the south by historical access along a gated woods road.
