Prime Red Dirt Ranchette, between Cotulla and Dilley. 14 miles northwest of Cotulla. Photos reveal a lot of wild deer, hog, and quail activity. The red dirt has lots of iron- protein rich food for making those nice thick deer antlers. Plentiful wide senderos and shooting lanes throughout ranchette. Hunting Cabin on site near gate entrance- water well, electric and septic on site. Excellent mix of thick brush, sparse brush, and open areas- resident game herds find refuge in the thick growth.
