Location: The property is located southwest of Dryden and is directly south of the Terrell County Airport. The ranch is accessed from two private roads directly off of Highway 90.

Description: The terrain varies from gently rolling on the north end of the property to high hills and deep canyons towards the south. The Rio Grande River forms the southern boundary of the ranch for approximately 6 miles.
