LOCATION:

This 27,182.248 +/- Acre Ranch is located approximately 8 miles southwest of Dryden TX, off of U. S. Highway 90 and 16 miles Southeast of Sanderson, TX. The ranch has about 6 miles of Rio Grande River frontage.

IMPROVEMENTS:

There are two Headquarter areas on the ranch. The Main Headquarters is located in the northern part of the ranch with a steel barn, metal livestock corral, and well with pump.
