Location: The ranch is located north of Old Glory, Texas in Stonewall County.

Terrain: The terrain of the ranch is diverse, ranging from beautiful river bottoms to scenic hillsides and cedar ridges. The elevations on the ranch range from around 1,450 feet in the river bottoms to approximately 1,882 feet along the elevated ridges.

Cover is provided primarily of mesquite throughout much of the ranch, with scattered cedar being common along the elevated uplands. The entire property drains to the Brazos River and several spring fed and seasonal creeks. Two large canyons are a major influence of the topography on the eastern portion of the property. Panther Creek is a seasonal creek located in the central portion of the property. This creek is located near the ranch headquarters improvements and is covered in hackberry, chinaberry and large cottonwood trees. Several mesquite thickets are also found on the ranch.

A large ridge runs through the entire western portion of the ranch offering scenic views and some of the highest elevations in Stonewall County.

Water: The ranch is watered by an electric water well, approximately one mile of Brazos River frontage and several earthen ponds. Additionally, several seasonal and spring fed creeks are located on the property.

Improvements: The Brazos River Ranch is improved by an older, frame house containing four bedrooms and two baths. The interior of this home is in relatively good condition and offers a large screened in porch, a full kitchen and a rock fireplace.

Access: The location of the property is fairly remote and access is provided by graded county roads.

Hunting/Recreation: The ranch is located in an area that is abundant in wildlife. Whitetail and mule deer are common, as well as turkey and bobwhite and blue quail. There are several turkey roosts in the high trees along the many creeks.
