This beautiful tract is full of potential and is located on Spokelay Road in Van Buren County. The topography is gently to moderately sloped and has two intermittent creeks and one unnamed perennial Creek. Like SEQ_ 1021 Center, some clearing and tree harvesting would be excellent to obtain better views. This tract also borders the Spencer Water Supply Lake property but does not contain water frontage, views of the lake from the property are beautiful. This land also has frontage on Hill Road and possible tract division can be discussed. The timber inventory estimates 10,000 tons of pine products on 115 acres of pine plantation and 8,500 tons of hardwood products on 136 acres, the minerals do not convey.
