Morton, TXCochran County

This native rangeland is in sand hills with an abundance of sage and shinery. Mule deer, quail and an occasional prairie chicken are found in this area. The property has a county road on its south side with electricity available. It is fenced on its north and south sides. A half section of state land joins it on the west and may be available for lease according to the owner. There are no water wells on the property however its in an area where wells for domestic use would likely be successful.

This property will appeal to hunters or four-wheeler and dirt biker enthusiasts.
