Reasons I love this home. Sitting outside in the early morning of spring listening to the birds, enjoying the total privacy of the deck with a stunning view of the lake and mountains, planting vegetables, fruits and wildflowers in our spacious gated garden (keeps the dogs out). Summertime parties with friends and family, cooking in my amazing kitchen, totally organized with 60 cabinets. In Fall, sitting outside by the fire watching thunderstorms roll across the lake and valley wile protected by an enclosed deck area. In winter, sitting by the fire in my Master Bedroom watching the snow fall from the bay window or enjoying a glass of wine in my oversize spa tub with bubbles and the chandelier turned low. I love that our home became the favored hang out place for our children and their friends because they had plenty of space and their own kitchen. I love that we have a 3 car garage on the main level to actually park cars and my husband has a 4 car garage for all his tools, supplies, and work area. I love that the original builders of this home decided to put the garages out front so that we have complete privacy from our neighbors and can have every window un-shuttered all year long with complete privacy.
