The Johnsville Tract located in southeast Bradley County approximately 18 miles south of Warren, Arkansas. The timber on this property consist of all-aged mixed pine and hardwood timber, a 2013 pine plantation, and non-productive beaver flooded timber. The predominant land uses in this part of the county is poultry, tomatoes, and forestry. Historical access to the property is from the north across Potlatch but this access is no longer available due to beaver activity and flooding. The last time the property was cut access was obtained from the west across private pasture and industrial timberland via a native surface woods road. According to the NRCS Web Soil Survey, the predominant soils are poorly drained silt loam soils and somewhat poorly drained silty clay loam soils that have an average native expressed site index for loblolly pine of 87 feet (Base Age 50).

Research Parcel InformationFrom the intersection of AR Hwy 8 South and the Saline River Bridge at Longview Landing travel West approximately 2 miles to Bradley CR 351 on south side of Hwy 8. Turn South onto Bradley CR 351, staying to the right, travel approximately 1 miles until the road plays out. From this point you will need to walk approximately mile to the Kingwood Forestry Services "Land for Sale" sign which is located on the Northeast corner of the property. The other access is from the west across privately owned pasture and permission from the landowner will be required.
