The egg room connects both houses with the egg cooler room in the middle. This farm currently grows for Koch Foods. Some updates are expected, but Koch Foods has not done a walk through on the farm as of March 13, 2018. This farm has had a historical gross annual income of $160,000 to $180,000.
The 30+/- acres is mostly open land. There are several home sites on the property and there is currently no home on the farm. There is a litter shed with a concrete floor.
The poultry house equipment consists of Cumberland Single Belt Nests, Cumberland chain feeders for hens, Cumberland pan feeders for roosters, wood slats, Acme fans, Rotem Controllers, and an incinerator for mortality. The farm operates on city water.
