Parcel 1: This is the north 80 acres with an estimated 77.7 FSA crop acres and a P.I. of 140.3.

Parcel 2: This is the south 80 acres with an estimated 79.8 crop acres and a P.I. of 141.2.

Parcel 3: This is the west 80 acres with an estimated 77.4 FSA crop acres and a P.I. of 138.3.

Parcel 4: 60 acres with an estimated 59.3 FSA crop acres and a P.I. of 141.2.

All farms have an open lease for 2017.

If parcels sell individually or in combination, the Seller will provide a survey upon which the final purchase price(s) will be based.
