La Pryor, TX 78872 - Zavala County

A few miles outside of La Pryor is the 300-acre Jessee Farm. This farm has excellent fertile soil and level ground with the potential to grow numerous crops and vegetables. At one point this farm was irrigated - the pivot is still up, and the irrigation well is still equipped. The status of the well is unknown, and the electricity is not connected. This farm would be great for development due to its location next to La Pryor.

Water: There is an irrigation well on site, but the status is unknown.

Soil: The excellent fertile soils on Jesse Farms consist of clay loam.
