This farm is in a good location with highways on two sides. There are two older Zimmatic sprinklers that are provided water by three submersible wells. All of the sprinklers and wells are tied together and the sprinklers have booster pumps. One sprinkler is ran at a time with the west sprinkler nozzled at 181.8 gpm and the east sprinkler nozzled at 153 gpm. There are fertilizer tanks at each sprinkler. The farm is leased out on a 1/4 crop share for the 2019 growing season. Most of the corners are in a CRP wildlife program until 2026. The remainder of the corners are in native grass.
