Farm #1: 160 +/- acres located from Okeene, OK, 8 miles north on S.H. 8 to the Isabella Blktp, then 1 1/2 east. According to the F.S.A., there are 113.8 acres cropland with a 111.4 acre wheat base and 32 bushels per acre yield. Principle soil type of the cropland is Eda loamy fine sand – Class III, with a lesser amount of Eda loamy fine sand – Class IV. The balance of the farm is in native grass pasture.

Farm #2: 153 +/- acres located 1 mile north of the Isabella blktp on S.H. 8, then 1 mile east OR 1/2 mile west and 1/2 mile north from Farm #1. Principle soil types are Canadian fine sandy loam and Port silt loam – both Class II; Vernon clay loam – Class III; and Quinlin loam – Class IV.
